Pennie is really professional and very welcoming. She applied the right amount of pressure and really got to the problem. She also gave me some great advice on what I should / shouldn't be doing, to aid the healing process. I am confident my massage will have helped with my hamstring injury.

I have been visiting Pennie for around 6 months as I initially had a problem with my neck, this has now completely gone thanks to the sports massages and physio plan that Pennie created for me! I continue to regularly attend appointments to keep my muscles in check and find it massively helps my mobility and recovery post exercise. Pennie is very friendly, professional and helpful and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my sports massages!

First time for myself and I felt at ease with Andrea, she made me feel relaxed and explained the process throughly! It’s made me feel great and I will definitely be returning!

I have been to Pennie 3 times to try and ease the stiffness around my right knee following a total knee replacement. Her knowledge is second to none and I can honestly say that although the massage hurts a little and is sore for a couple of says afterwards it has really helped me. She has also taken the time to explain the best excercises for my knee .

She listens to the issues that you have and uses her vast experience to massage the relevant area to hopefully ease any pain or stiffness. I would recommend her to anyone.
