Another great massage at Align. Sarah listens and alters the session to accommodate whatever is needed. Her advice and guidance with exercises etc is helping too. I’m just my own worst enemy at not doing them enough!

I cannot recommend this lady enough. The sports massage I received was amazing. From this moment of walking in Sarah put me at ease and really took her time with the massage to help me with a problem I was getting in my lower back and glutes. Sarah was knowledgeable and considerate and I will be 100% going back to her for any future treatment.

Cheryl is one of the most welcoming, knowledgeable and loveliest people ever! & always takes time and care to personalise the best treatments for you. From microdermabrasion to massages and nails, Cheryl always does an amazing job, and would highly recommend, 10/10! :)

This was my first lymphatic drainage massage and it was much more relaxing than I thought it would be. Sam really knows her stuff so I found it really interesting too. I will be definitely coming again x

Sarah was very knowledgeable and talked me through what she was addressing.The treatment was firm but effective, and I felt noticeable relief in my hips afterward. The session also included advice on stretches to do at home.Overall, a highly professional service—I’d highly recommend Sarah🤗
