Excellent experience today with Dom: super professional but also so friendly and down to earth. I came in for a Conch piercing and replacement piercing of my medusa, Dom talked me through from choosing the jewellery, the the piercing process and aftercare! Couldn't recommend this place enough!!

Came in for a helix piercing with Dom this morning - 10/10 experience. Everything was clearly explained, physically the place is so neat/tidy/clean looking and icing on the cake is it didn’t hurt at all. Would 100% recommend and can easily see other piercings at LNO in my future.

Another great experience at LNO. This is my 4th visit there and my second piercing. I was a little anxious to get my daith pierced but Abbi put me at ease on arrival and the whole experience felt like such a treat. I love my piercing; having the consultation previously to pick jewellry without being rushed on time definitely helped as I adore the piece I ended up with. I felt well looked after, it wasn't as sore I was worried about and I'll definitely be returning!

Really fantastic experience. I haven't had a new piercing for a decade or so and despite my cluelessness, Dom was professional, cheerful and friendly. He gave me all of the info I needed ahead of time, told me what was going to happen when, and was transparent about pricing and timings, with clear and written aftercare instructions provided that also gave me the info about the exact piercings I had. This is an explicitly queer-friendly business, and I felt welcome as a neurodivergent person too.
