Firas is truly one of a kind! Despite my arriving late due to a traffic jam, he welcomed me with a big smile and even offered me a coffee. He still managed to complete both my haircut and beard trim right on time, and topped it off with a perfect massage. The entire experience was exceptional — professional, relaxing, and enjoyable.
