It was perfect to have use of the anti gravity massage chair before my float today; really enhanced the whole relaxation experience. So much so, that after my float I chose to add on the use of infra red sauna and opted to use the chair again! I was so relaxed I didn’t want to leave Mederi, I floated out the door reluctantly! This really is a lovely, uplifting, relaxing space. Thank you, Vivian, for looking after me.

I thought the room was pretty cold and I was too cool in the float pod until right near the end. The towel rail wsn't on (not sure if was meant to be?). And the shower rail adjuster just keep sinking to the bottom of the rail. But everthing was sparkingling clean and lovely. I really enjoyed my first float. And wil definately be back for more. I’ve been a regular visitor to the OFC for a year now, but today I had my first go in the Hot Yoga Sauna! The whole experience was Utterly amazing! The sauna itself is large enough for 3 or 4 people but I self indulgently had it to myself. I was able to connect my phone via Bluetooth so I could listen to a guided meditation which enhanced the experience even more! Hannah and Zoe were as attentive as always and the centre itself is such a beautiful relaxing space….I’ve come away feeling totally rejuvenated! Can’t wait for the next session next week 🧡

As always a very relaxing and lovely experience. If you’ve not floated before, I highly recommend it. So many health benefits (I’m recovering after a knee op), I also love the fact for days afterwards I sleep like a baby. Floating really does make you feel fantastic both inside and out- in both body & mind. I quite often sleep whilst floating….thats how relaxed it makes you feel. I cherish my time at Mederi, it’s important I feel to invest time in yourself; and have that opportunity to switch off and feel free. Amazing as always. Tried some gentle stretching today in the sauna and I feel great. With chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and long covid diagnoses, not much makes me feel this good. Making it a part of my Wellness routine Hannah is so knowledgeable too. Its great to have someone who knows the benefits (and restrictions) of these alternative/complimentary therapies. I feel I am in good hands

Wonderful. Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after a neck and shoulders relaxation and breathwork session with Hannah, followed by a 30 minutes warmth in the infrared sauna. I love this place and can't recommend highly enough.

Today I had the absolute pleasure of floating for two hours - it was an amazing experience; I felt as light as a feather leaving Mederi! I’ve never done two hours before, was just an hour, but two hours is magical. I know for the rest of the week I really reap the benefits of having floated for two hours. Today I had the pleasure of floating in a pod 1 - it was a wonderfully emotional and uplifting time. Floating really does help with a post-operative pain, overall healing and mindfulness.
