I can’t recommend Marina highly enough. She took so much time to make me feel comfortable, relaxed and completely at ease. Her caring, professional manner is exceptional. The Fascia Release treatment was incredible. I felt I released deep emotional trauma I’d been holding for years, and since the treatment my neck and shoulder pain has improved significantly. I left feeling lighter, calmer and more like myself. Marina is an outstanding therapist and I will definitely be booking again. Highly recommended.

In the four years I have lived in Portadown, Ellie and Adam have been hands down my favourite specialists to go to for my massages, Goddess Glow, head & back massages, cupping, Lymph drainage, breath work and my ultimate favourite with Ellie was her reflexology. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife treated me to the Grounded Warrior Ritual for my birthday, and it was fantastic. I’ve struggled with poor sleep for a while, but Marina’s caring nature and professional approach put me completely at ease. The treatment was so relaxing that I actually drifted off to sleep during the massage – something that’s very unusual for me! I left feeling calmer, refreshed and recharged. Wow what can I say, I feel like I’m walking on clouds,my body feels so relaxed and my feet are so well massaged, I would highly recommend visiting Brenda for reflexology ,she explained all the oils she used and what areas she worked on .I will definitely be booking in again soon.

I recently had the Sports Reflexology treatment with Marina at A Healing Touch by Marina, and it was absolutely amazing.
