In the four years I have lived in Portadown, Ellie and Adam have been hands down my favourite specialists to go to for my massages, Goddess Glow, head & back massages, cupping, Lymph drainage, breath work and my ultimate favourite with Ellie was her reflexology. Each and every experience was exceptional and so thoughtfully and caringly executed. I knew I could totally trust them with my body and could fully relax under their professional care. Honestly cannot recommend Chel enough, I have been going for lymphatic drainage for a while and the difference is amazing feeling much less swollen, I look forward to my appointment every month…if you have been thinking about booking in I highly highly recommend ❤️ Chel is so knowledgeable and immediately makes you feel relaxed and at ease

First time trying this treatment, I will definitely being rebooking it, I slept for hours after the treatment it was the most relaxed I've ever been coming out of a treatment. The techniques used were so relaxing Nd relieved lots of stress and tension throughout my neck back and head. I really loved this treatment cnt wait for my next one. Thank you

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife treated me to the Grounded Warrior Ritual for my birthday, and it was fantastic. I’ve struggled with poor sleep for a while, but Marina’s caring nature and professional approach put me completely at ease. The treatment was so relaxing that I actually drifted off to sleep during the massage – something that’s very unusual for me! I left feeling calmer, refreshed and recharged.
