This treatment also helped to reduce the swelling in my feet which comes with pregnancy. I really can't say enough about the pregnancy reflexology. I can’t recommend Marina highly enough. She took so much time to make me feel comfortable, relaxed and completely at ease. Her caring, professional manner is exceptional. The Fascia Release treatment was incredible. I felt I released deep emotional trauma I’d been holding for years, and since the treatment my neck and shoulder pain has improved significantly. I left feeling lighter, calmer and more like myself. Marina is an outstanding therapist and I will definitely be booking again. Highly recommended.

In the four years I have lived in Portadown, Ellie and Adam have been hands down my favourite specialists to go to for my massages, Goddess Glow, head & back massages, cupping, Lymph drainage, breath work and my ultimate favourite with Ellie was her reflexology. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife treated me to the Grounded Warrior Ritual for my birthday, and it was fantastic. I’ve struggled with poor sleep for a while, but Marina’s caring nature and professional approach put me completely at ease.
