⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just had an outstanding massage with Adam and I’m genuinely blown away. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calming and safe. Adam’s professionalism, warmth, and intuitive touch made the whole experience exceptional. He knew exactly where to focus and used the perfect amount of pressure throughout. I left feeling deeply relaxed, rebalanced, and like a weight had been lifted. Adam is incredibly skilled and clearly passionate about what he does. I can’t recommend him highly enough—an absolute gem!

Catherine was exceptional. The massage was so relaxing and there was so much attention to detail. I really loved all the extra touches like a fruit bowl with a beautiful sorbet and chocolate as a snack after the treatment. It was great to have use of the spa, particularly the sauna and steam room after the treatment also. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back soon!

We had the most amazing time at the spa today. Everything from check in was absolutely fantastic. The relaxation area was the perfect place to chill and wind down before our Lomi massage. Never in my lifetime have I experienced a more relaxing massage, or calming feeling than today. It actually made me feel a bit emotional and I don’t even know why! Girls and boys were the actual best and their technique made it a very memorable experience. Would definitely recommend this to everyone and I can’t wait to go back.

My experience was amazing. I took my mum to south lakes for the first time to celebrate her birthday and have our first spa day together. My mum suffers with her physical health and came out of her massage like a new woman with a lot less pain in her joints and completely relaxed. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be returning, I cannot fault my experience as it was perfect from beginning to end

Had a lovely experience with Catherine and Ellie! Booked a full body massage as a birthday treat for my husband and we couldn’t be happier with the service. We received really great quality robe and towels, the massage was delightful, we even went into a relaxation room after and got a fruit bowl with sorbet, chocolate and herbal tea. The thermal spa was included with our treatment which was lovely. Left the spa feeling so relaxed and refresh, we were a whole new couple! Couldn’t recommend Bells Nirvana more and Catherine and Ellie just provided the best service.

First time with Debbie and will not be the last. Best back and neck massage I have ever had, all the benefits of a deep tissue but with the care and attention of a holistic massage. The reflexology was wonderful and the custom blended massage oil was a lovely touch. Thank you Debbie, really relaxing and calming experience.
