The back, shoulders, neck and head massage was perfect. Pakapant greeted me as soon as I entered the civic centre in Keighley, escorted me to the spa room and made me feel so at ease. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable and very good at targeting specific muscles to release tension in them. I will be coming again!

Fantastic session as always! Room was lovely and warm on this cold rainy miserable day. Pakapant always ensures I'm comfortable and tailors the massage to my individual needs.
