A very friendly welcome and chat about what I was expecting. A short medical information form filled out and discussed prior to treatment. Massage was medium to firm and very relaxing and will be going back as it is long overdue.

Wonderful experience! Felt so refreshed and sleepy from feeling so relaxed. First time ever having a massage, so I was a little cautious on the pressure, but safe to say more can be added next time! Felt every knot pop, and felt so good to feel the tension release. Had a tiny headache for a little while after, which was expected, but made sure to be drinking plenty of water, gone through 2 litres of it already 😅
