The massage was done very deep and intense, Rose asked me if I was OK throughout. I knew I had a lot of tension and knots so I knew there would be discomfort! Rose did a good balance of getting very deep into the tensions, then nice soothing strokes. Afterwards I felt immediate relief in my calf muscles and my head feels clearer. Thank you :)

This was the first time I had met Liz, i saw a promotion she was doing on social media and thought I would treat myself. From the start of booking she was so professional and very helpful. I had luxury reflexology. On arrival we went through all the paperwork and important information she needed. I explained to Liz I had cancer and I loved reflexology to help me relax especially as I have chemo every 3 weeks. She was very understanding and she was very informative and explained everything she was going to do during the treatment. It was so lovely to relax and enjoy. Thankyou
