The back, shoulders, neck and head massage was perfect. Pakapant greeted me as soon as I entered the civic centre in Keighley, escorted me to the spa room and made me feel so at ease. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable and very good at targeting specific muscles to release tension in them. I will be coming again!

Went in feeling tight in various parts of my body but most importantly my neck and shoulder. Expecting the treatment to take some time but, an hour after and I’m feeling great. Would 100% recommend

Fantastic session as always! Room was lovely and warm on this cold rainy miserable day. Pakapant always ensures I'm comfortable and tailors the massage to my individual needs. This was my first ever time getting a facial and my skin feels smoother than a baby's butt I will 100% be getting another facial next time!

Liz was very attentitive and catered for my specific problems. A lot of tension was relieved in just one session. Have already booked my next session too!

Liz was brilliant - once I had completed the consultation questionnaire she spent about 15 mins talking through it with me to make sure the massage treatment would be exactly right for my needs, and it was! The pressure was perfect and the focus was definitely, but not exclusively on the areas we had talked about. Would definitely recommend!!

I have been going to Beau Balance Holistic for various treatments for over two years now, and to be honest, I would not go anywhere else !! Liz is so professional, caring, and lovely. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. The full body massages are my favourite, and I always come away from there feeling like a new woman. I've not had a treatment yet that I haven't fully enjoyed. So if you're looking for something extra special I would definitely give Beau Balance ago you will not be disappointed.

Once again Liz has worked her magic. After been told I couldn't have a treatment of a facial due to being on chemo therapy. Even though I told them I am on it for life as its terminal. Liz understands that my wellbeing is more important than anything to make sure I relax and enjoy my time with her. She did a luxury facial and shoulder and neck massage as I am tense all the time. It also helps as she massages my arms where I have no lymph nodes and this takes the swelling down. I can highly recommend Liz for any treatment she is very knowledgeable and so understanding.
