After 5 years of trimming my hair myself, and absolute abuse of my hair with heat and self-coloring, I decided it was finally time to find someone to provide proper TLC for my hair. Kate was awesome ! Very kind, listened to what I was looking for, and not once did she judge me for abusing my hair so bad. I will be booking with Kate moving forward. My hair looked and felt so good after a proper cut and the Vitalaminization & SPA-hair Therapy. Thank you, Kate !!

I wanted to treat myself for my birthday with a lash lift and tint, and brow wax and tint, so I decided to try Krystel MediSpa, and I was not disappointed! When I made the original booking, I was able to book the lash tint/life but struggled to add on the brow wax/tint on the online booking system. Nadiia was welcoming and kind, and I felt so relaxed during my visit that I fell asleep a couple times during my lash treatment. I explained the booking difficulty and Nadiia was able to add the brow wax/tint I was wanting. Thank you!! I left feeling relaxed, confident, and will definitely be back !

I had the head to toe glow and a manicure by McKenzie. As usual, the experience was relaxing. McKenzie is very efficient and skilled at her work. I appreciated that she was even able to fit in a last-minute chin waxing for me.
