I had a 60 minute reflexology treatment with Teyawna, and she was amazing. I truly enjoyed how relaxing the treatment was, and I felt incredible afterward so much stress was relieved. This was my second service at the head spa location, and both the facility and the staff are outstanding. I highly recommend it and can’t wait for my next treatment!

Absolutely amazing experience. Very friendly staff! The whole experience was so relaxing! I 100% recommend the head spa service. The wash, blow out and style was a great end to the appointment - my hair which normally just goes straight after a couple of hours was good the whole next day- I got compliments all day!!! I will definitely be back!!

Amazing experience! The scalp treatment was incredible and so relaxing. Tiffany was fantastic and put me right at ease. Perfect pressure. Great technique. Talked me through the whole process and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The spa area is very relaxing and the tables so comfortable and warm. The front is very chaotic but all staff were warm and helpful. Parking wasn’t too bad but we came midday during the week. I can imagine on the weekend parking might be tough.

The head spa at Lux is absolutely WOW. I booked last minute and Tiffany was incredible...the whole experience was 10/10. The head/scalp/face massaging is the best part, my hair and scalp felt so good afterwards too. Will definitely be back thank you Tiffany!!

Amazing experience with Maria for my first visit to Lux's hair spa. I saw Maria for a hair cut and treatment. Maria was friendly, compassionate, and extremely attentive to my needs and concerns regarding my hair. She took her time diagnosing my hair, learning about my personal care routine and made wonderful suggestions to help me achieve my hair goals. She was extremely gentle with my hair and took her time to make sure I was extremely satisfied with the end result. My hair feels and looks amazing. Looking forward to returning! Thank you :)

The staff here are so lovely and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I got the lux headspa with Vai. It was a phenomenal experience that left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I also got a haircut by Jannel. She did a great job! I absolutely love the cut.

Incredible experience! Real therapists who know what they are doing, the reflexology I had with Vai was so therapeutic and enjoyable! The Signature Head Spa done by these ladies is a must-try!! So much great face, head,neck, arm, hand massage included with the amazing scalp scrub and intense cleanse!!! So cool!! I was so relaxed in that warm, luxurious bed! Thank you!!!

Vai was amazing! So gentle and attentive, and her hands were probably the softest hands I’ve ever felt in my life. Her reflexology and head spa massage were amazing, definitely would recommend her!! And Miriana was so attentive and patient, and made sure my hair was styled exactly how I wanted. They both made my birthday extra special, will definitely be back!
