I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Nicole is absolutely amazing. She does a great job every time. Additionally, the atmosphere is gorgeous and the coffee is delicious. Thankful my cousin in Hamilton introduced me to their new location.

This was my first time at Lux Nail Salon and I had such a great experience. Mike was incredibly kind and did an amazing job on my manicure and collagen pedicure. I’m usually very picky with my nails, but he absolutely did not disappoint. The ladies at the front desk were also very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. From the moment you walk into the salon to the time you leave, everything feels relaxing and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend asking for Mike!

I had my manicure and pedicure done by Tony and I couldn’t be happier! He was very gentle, precise, and paid attention to every detail. The whole experience was so relaxing and my nails turned out beautiful. You can tell he really cares about his work. Highly recommend asking for Tony!

My pedicure with Kelly was great! Great job and was an enjoyable experience. My manicure with Tony was very disappointing. He did not take the time to trim cuticles and around my nail beds. The gel fill is not set low enough to the bottom of my nail showing a ridge. I won't go again to Lux but would try a different person for my mani.

Today, I visited the nail salon and had a wonderful experience. Claudia gave me a foot reflexology massage that was absolutely excellent. Her technique was perfect—she applied just the right amount of pressure and made me feel completely relaxed. It was clear she’s very skilled and passionate about what she does. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to unwind and feel refreshed. Tony did my manicure, and it turned out beautifully! He was meticulous and paid attention to every detail, ensuring my nails looked flawless. I’m so happy with the results and can’t wait to return.

My experience was amazing! I had Kayden as my nail tech and he provided me with the best nails I’ve ever had in my entire life. A glitter ombré acrylic nail set with custom design snowflakes on each nail. I absolutely cannot stop looking at my nails. Best nail tech EVER!!

Kelly is absolutely amazing, such a talented nail tech! My nails are always PERFECT after seeing her! The salon is always super clean, and the staff at the front desk are amazing too- super friendly and efficient. I also loved the rewards program!! Great espresso bar too. Best nail salon around, I won’t go elsewhere!
