Had my first session at Perth Cryo and it was an amazing experience! Special shoutout to the girl who helped me,she was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, patient, and explained everything in a way that made me feel totally at ease. You can tell she really cares about giving the best service. The facilities are top-notch, and the whole session was a perfect combo of relaxation and muscle recovery. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

My experience at Rise and Fall Wellness was amazing. Booking was incredibly easy, and the space itself was beautiful. The white noise in the sauna was an added bonus, it created the perfect environment to relax and reset. I’ll definitely be going back.

Very nice and relaxing felt like we were in somewhere tropical on holidays and with the place all to ourselves. Lot's of good communication with us and detailed instructions to guide us to have the best experience. We did 3 rounds of cold dip and sauna in the hour with each cold dip getting easier. Each dip was about 1min. It would be great gift card for a special occasion. Will defo go back but will keep an eye out for a special as we got an hour for 2 of us for $40 which we thought was good value. Great job guys keep the great service going.

Really well set up, private area. The decor and plants are really nice. The instructions provided before the session were very clear and well communicated. The board with suggested instructions and timing for the sauna was really helpful, particularly for a first time user! Overall a really relaxing experience, left feeling very good. Will definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved this place! The whole space is super clean and very pleasant — you can tell they really care about the environment and the experience. The sauna was top quality and the ice bath was just perfect! Such an amazing contrast and exactly what I needed. I left feeling so good, refreshed, and re-energized. I highly recommend the full body massage, along with a facial treatment at Pure Bliss. Bianca is a true professional and uses gentle products. The room is also very clean, comfortable and very relaxing. It's definitely Pure Bliss!

I’ve come to Roche occasionally since they were located in Lakeside Joondalup and they are the only place I trust with my brows!! I don’t usually get them done often - just when I need them to look perfect. But after my recent visit, I don’t know how I will ever go back to doing them myself😭 Mia did such an amazing job matching my colour to my hair. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Pure Bliss Skin Body & Beauty I have gone back serval times since 2023 and absolutely love attending. Bianca makes the sessions so fun and relaxing at the same time (I am a chatter box) I love chit chat - I also love the way my skin feels everytime I come home!
