The service was absolutely amazing. No harsh filing on my nails, no chemical smells, no sensitivity on my nail beds under the lamp and my nails look beautiful. Kezia has a beautiful demeanour and her workspace is welcoming.

We love these ladies. My mum and I make our appointments one month prior and it just so happened that my nail appointment was the day before the Muddy Princess! I completed the whole obstacle course, and my nails didn't even scratch! The ladies do amazing work, any nail inspiration we take to them, they can recreate! I would recommend anyone who wants quality nails that last to make an appointment! You will not be disappointed!

I love it here! I enjoy the affordability, the exclusive environment where Demi only takes in one client at a time making it a comfortable and relaxing experience no matter what treatment you choose. Have not been to a nail tech as many times as I’ve been to DemThea and she’s the first one who has helped me grow my own nails to an acceptable length and still keep them healthy.

Firstly I think you overpriced you did not remove my Cutex it was filed off and this damages the nail so I'll always have to do my nails this way with a file 😭 I was visiting the area and needed my nails done where I go they only charge me R150 because I'm a pensioner Not going yo be using you. Guys ever again

There was a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. MJ made me a lovely cup of rooibos tea just the way I like it. My nails look lovely - I am satisfied. I did not notice much sanitation - just a couple - literally - of "vague" sprays onto cuticle pusher, - clipper, emery board. I was expecting a nail salon to utilise a dust collector but there was none and I felt nail dust all over - even on the nail tech's hands. Hopefully my following treatment will be an improvement. She was so amazing and made me feel welcome from the minute l arrived.She made sure to be very gentle on my nails and it felt she worked efficiently but not rushed.We had a great conversation and I was so comfortable!She is truly such a sweet person and did such a wonderful job with my manicure 🌸🌸

I’m very particular about my nails as a fellow nail tech, and Zay exceeded my expectations. Her Russian manicure prep is incredibly precise and controlled — my cuticles have never looked this clean. Beautiful, spotless space and such a welcoming atmosphere. True professionalism. 12/10 would recommend.

I found the nail tech that did my manicure to be experienced and very polite. She was attentive to my choices and carried out what I wanted her to do with ease i would however suggest a more qualified lady to attend to the reception area she was not very sure of herself and the manner she addressed questions was not professional. Service given to me 4 appearance of store 3 quality of service upfront 2
