First time getting a Hollywood wax and I was really nervous, but the experience was much better than I expected. It was a bit painful at times, but the therapist; Lauren K Kincaid made me feel very comfortable and explained everything throughout. The results were super smooth and clean, definitely worth it. I had the most wonderful experience at Sublime! It was my first visit, and everything exceeded my expectations. Lauren was absolutely amazing, so warm, engaging, and easy to talk to.
