It was my first visit to this salon. The hairdresser was very professional with me. She offered something to drink. A very friendly person. She listened to what I expected. I think I will go back to this hairdresser again

Myself and my daughter went to Fraya for our nails before our holiday and they lasted really well, despite loads of time in pool, sea and lots of suncream! Still looked great 3 weeks later. Lovely relaxing nail room too! Highly recommended by us :)

Such a lovely experience for my Mum who has been coming to Studio 76 a long long time. As I have lately been sitting with her during her appointments I have seen lots of fabulous hairstyles created and great care taken. This hair salon is such a gem. And a very calming place with truly kind and considerate staff.Not to mention incredibly talented.

I gave my friend a voucher Spa package for her Birthday. We enjoyed the pool experience very much. The treatments were excellent, my friend had a shoulder and arm massage which she felt was very beneficial and I had a pedicure from Katie who was so nice and did my nails perfectly. Great afternoon thank you!

I’m so pleased I found this lovely lady and her beautiful salon. The massage I had was perfect for my knotted shoulders and my manicure was delightful. I’ll be back for more treatments soon.

V good - happy with the quality of nails

Back shoulder neck massage was very good,so relaxing. The manicure was good Katie did a giod job as my nails were a mess but for £32 it could have included either a exfoliating wash or moisturiser at the end.

fraya is so friendly & chatty, & made me feel very at ease. i am so so happy with my nails thank you :) i will definitely be coming back!

My 14 year old daughter has wanted acrylics for ages and is very pleased with the result. Freya made her feel really comfortable with her chatty, easy going nature. The location is perfect and the nails look great - exactly what she wanted. I am sure she will be spreading the word to her friends!

Visited with my two daughters and stayed overnight at the Parsonage Hotel. The Cloisters Spa is really lovely, all of the staff where very helpful and we felt looked after from the minute we arrived. We all had the relax and renew treatment and all agreed it was the best massage and facial we had experienced. The spa was clean and well equipped. Very relaxing spa break.

Loved our day. Staff were so welcoming, massage/ scrub excellent, and the pool area great. Wish we lived closer.
