I can honestly say I had the best facial I've ever had! Whilst Botanicals Bakewell is not a spa, I felt and was treated like I had entered one. The receptionist gave me a warm welcome and a drink, it felt very relaxed and just has a lovely feeling to it. I booked the Timeless Rose Age Confidence Facial with Libby who made me feel at ease, we spoke to discuss the treatment but then during the facial Libby let me melt away and just enjoy the experience. As part of the facial I was also treated to an arm and hand massage. I will be back for sure and highly recommend.

The most amazing facial and massage. The therapist was exceptional. The welcome foot treatment was a nice touch. Salon was immaculate. Loved the tester products that were in the waiting areas. Would definitely return.

A mini manicure done by the lovely Melody. She made me feel really welcome and did a wonderful job on my nails. The atmosphere of the salon is really relaxing. Will definitely be booking in again and would highly recommend Botanicls Bakewell to anyone.

Today I had my 3rd full body massage at Botanicals in beautiful Bakewell. Belinda was amazing, a true professional and so lovely too. The products are the best, all organic and a real treat for my aging skin. All the staff are so pleasant and welcoming, I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank you all x

Belinda was welcoming, caring, professional and expert tailoring her approach to my needs and preferences throughout. I’ve not used Botanicals products before and was impressed - my skin felt fantastic afterwards plus they meet all the ethical standards I’m looking for.
