I can honestly say I had the best facial I've ever had! Whilst Botanicals Bakewell is not a spa, I felt and was treated like I had entered one. The receptionist gave me a warm welcome and a drink, it felt very relaxed and just has a lovely feeling to it. I booked the Timeless Rose Age Confidence Facial with Libby who made me feel at ease, we spoke to discuss the treatment but then during the facial Libby let me melt away and just enjoy the experience. As part of the facial I was also treated to an arm and hand massage. I will be back for sure and highly recommend.

What a fantastic massage- from start to finish Belinda’s level of detail was faultless; and as a beauty therapist myself it is not often I have treatments that are as thorough and enjoyable as the one that I experienced. I could list all of the small touches that made my massage unforgettable but I’m not sure the word count would cope with it- so I will simply say, Belinda is second to none and if you have the opportunity to visit Botanicals and have a massage with her then grab it with both hands!

Botanicals are consistently great. As someone who works a labour intensive job, they really help to get all the little aches and pains away. The massages always feel a bit more individual than other places i've been to, it's not just a generic routine, you can tell they are feeling for knots and really know what they are doing.

Absolutely amazing!! Libby was wonderful, the massage was absolute heaven. Beautiful little sanctuary tucked away in Bakewell.

Excellent at destressing me immediately after a hectic journey into Bakewell. She was great to adjust the massage to what I wanted to focus on and was quick to find knots. I left feeling much more relaxed

My massage with Libby today was amazing! She has an amazing gift and made me feel so relaxed as this was my first ever massage. As someone who doesn’t like to undress in front of others, it was handled with the utmost dignity and made me feel right at ease and fully relax!
