I can honestly say I had the best facial I've ever had! Whilst Botanicals Bakewell is not a spa, I felt and was treated like I had entered one. The receptionist gave me a warm welcome and a drink, it felt very relaxed and just has a lovely feeling to it. I booked the Timeless Rose Age Confidence Facial with Libby who made me feel at ease, we spoke to discuss the treatment but then during the facial Libby let me melt away and just enjoy the experience. As part of the facial I was also treated to an arm and hand massage. I will be back for sure and highly recommend.

I had my first Reiki treatment with Sarah today. I’m totally blown away by how effective the treatment was. My face feels so soft and glowing from the inside, and the Reiki treatment was incredibly powerful and so relaxing. I left the beautiful spa feeling totally rejuvenated. Sarah was very friendly and professional, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you so much, I’ll be back again soon!

I’ve been to the spa before and have always had a relaxing experience where I feel I am being taken care of and this was no exception! Sarah was so warm and lovely, I’ve never had a holistic facial before but that felt amazing, and I left leaving good on the outside and inside which was a much needed treat! I’d recommend Sarah and this treatment to everyone, thank you Sarah!

Belinda did a great job on my sparkly Christmas gel nails. I love going to Botanicals Bakewell.

Today I had my 3rd full body massage at Botanicals in beautiful Bakewell. Belinda was amazing, a true professional and so lovely too. The products are the best, all organic and a real treat for my aging skin. All the staff are so pleasant and welcoming, I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank you all x

Amazing facial with Jay as always! As soon as you step into Botanicals it’s a luxurious, relaxing, pampered experience from start to finish. I have been to many spa’s and had many treatments over the years but this is by far the best. Jay is so friendly and knowledgeable and she was able to suggest adaptations to my treatment to suit my health needs.

My massage with Libby today was amazing! She has an amazing gift and made me feel so relaxed as this was my first ever massage. As someone who doesn’t like to undress in front of others, it was handled with the utmost dignity and made me feel right at ease and fully relax! I had an Age Confidence facial with Belinda today and the whole experience was superb from start to finish. Belinda was welcoming, caring, professional and expert tailoring her approach to my needs and preferences throughout. I’ve not used Botanicals products before and was impressed - my skin felt fantastic afterwards plus they meet all the ethical standards I’m looking for. My sister and I visited from Cheshire as a birthday treat - will definitely be back, thank you so much Belinda and Botanicals Bakewell!
