I cannot recommend Heather highly enough! I came to her after bad high-street experiences, specifically looking for an IBX treatment. She is a true expert who applies actual science to nail care. She didn't push gels on me; instead, she did a proper assessment and was incredibly gentle with my sensitive cuticles. Heather is professional, knowledgeable, and a wonderful person to talk to. My nails have never felt in better hands!

Was recommended this salon by a friend so I could get my nails done for a wedding I’m attending as a bridesmaid. From start to finish I received amazing service, I was offered a cup of tea or coffee which was a first for me at a nail salon! Such a lovely and friendly place, found my go to salon!

Jenna is amazing at nails! She always helps me come up with fun, funky designs and her nail art is incredible. She’s so talented, pays great attention to detail, and my nails always turn out even better than I imagined. I always leave loving them and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend! 💅

Absolutely brilliant every single time! My nails last 5 weeks without any chips, and they still look amazing. Her attention to detail is incredible. Jenna takes so much care with the application and always makes sure every nail is perfect. Claire, you are amazing, I love getting my facial and one of the things I love most is you will be honest if you feel a treatment would not benefit you, such a warm and caring person Benni, you are the first technician that managed to stop my nails breaking, just what I asked for and I can honestly say my nails have never looked better, oh and you are great at my pedicure, my feet feel like sponges when you are finished, add in the free massage chair while this procedure is going on, heaven just visits me All of the technicians have a superb customer care focus. I’ve been going to Heather since September last year and honestly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else now. She’s not only an incredibly talented nail tech who always brings my nail ideas to life perfectly, but she’s also such a lovely person to chat to. Every appointment feels comfortable and relaxed. I really love that it’s just her in her room because it creates such a calm, welcoming atmosphere where you can properly switch off and speak freely. Absolutely amazing person and amazing at what she does — I genuinely couldn’t recommend her enough!
