This was my first time trying this nail salon and I had a really good experience. All of the girls were really nice, they took their time and did my nails properly and professionally and I really love the finished result of my nails. the girls really went above and beyond for me to give me the design that I wanted, thank you I really appreciate it I’m really glad that I found this place and they will be my regular nail salon from now on thank you very much girls for all of your hard work and effort it’s greatly appreciated!

She was amazing! She made sure that what I got exactly I wanted and she took time to check in with me, ask about my preferences and let me know exactly what she was doing. Even with shaping my nails she would pause and look from a different perspective, and made sure that they looked good and were very healthy. I love it and have rebooked with her. She was great!

I have had my nails done in many places. I have S&S. This is the only place that my nails do not lift on the bottom. The nails have never lifted or come off. The pedicure massage was very relaxing. Highly recommend you give these girls a try.

This was my first time at Elena’s nail salon and I was greeted by the lovely Adinai. I absolutely loved the service, the attention to detail, the cleanliness of the place as well as the utensils used on my nails and the care. Adinai was so patient and was so personable. The staff were friendly and my nails turned our nice enough but I wasn't thrilled that on my first time to their salon that they didn't explain that there would be extra costs for the colours I chose and instead just charged me $15 extra. Every other salon tells you before "hey this costs $5 extra or whatever" They also forgot to charge me for my pedi and called me up later to charge me but also charged me a merchant fee twice even though it was their mistake. It's not about the cost to me, but the customer service, and I shouldn't be paying for someone else's mistake.

The ladies were amazing and I felt safe in their hands after some traumatic experiences at other nail salons. My nails look fantastic and I’ll definitely be back again.
