Rena was super knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Before starting the massage she made sure to seek information, ask questions, answer any of my questions, and explain the procedure of the massage. She also makes sure you understand about whole body healing (nutrition, mindset, etc.) as well as knowing your own body and what works best for you.

Rena is the best. She is super knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Regular MLD massages with her have helped alieiviate swelling in my ankles/legs, and has helped with better sleep and has improved digestive concerns.
