This was my first time getting a professional massage and I had some anxiety going into, but Mike took the time to explain how everything worked and made sure I was comfortable before starting. By the end I forgot all about my anxiety because I was so relaxed. Definitely recommend getting your massage done here, especially if you are a first timer who is proned to anxiety.

Rena is AMAZING! I recently had liposuction, and my body was swollen and bruised, but this lymphatic massage really helped with the drainage, bruising, and pain. Rena was super knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Before starting the massage she made sure to seek information, ask questions, answer any of my questions, and explain the procedure of the massage. She also makes sure you understand about whole body healing (nutrition, mindset, etc.) as well as knowing your own body and what works best for you.

Rena is the best. She is super knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Regular MLD massages with her have helped alieiviate swelling in my ankles/legs, and has helped with better sleep and has improved digestive concerns.
