Pre and Post-op OR Non-Surgical Body Wellness.  This is a light touch manual therapy technique using a gentle and slow hand movements. It assists the lymphatic system function by promoting lymphangiomotoricty.  Following a lymphatic massage, the flow rate will be approximately 100 to 120 bpm. Pre-surgery: recommend 1 to 3 the week of surgery. Then, Post Op, 3 to 5 every 2 to 3 days to reduce swelling, speed up recovery, move fluids, and reduce bruising. Lymphatic drainage massages can benefit people with lymphedema, fibromyalgia, and other conditions. Lymphatic massage can reduce swelling and improve circulation throughout the lymphatic system.
