John has.a true gift. He is very intuitive, professional, and helped me with some significant spasticity I've dealt with due to a 30 year history with MS. As a bonus, he did a lot of shoulder work on an injury from a fall a few months ago that still bothered me. Today, it hurts so much less and I have better range of motion in that arm. Left feeling relaxed, and was immediately walking much better. I will definitely be scheduling my next appointment sooner than later.

Yummy as Linda N would say. Name of the local historical museum- Buffalo Niagara Heritage Museum on Tonawanda creek rd it's colder for the winter season til May.
