The ladies here are very kind and attentive to your needs. Their technique is great and they will also flip you over on your sides to make sure they're massaging yout body thoroughly (other places don't usually do this). These ladies are now my go-to!

Always a clean environment, atmosphere friendly though no music this time, coz of the classes going on. Hamstrings and Quads omg got a hammering lol and then my neck and shoulders yeah continues. Yep no mercy lol wat so ever. Experience overall awesome.

It's always a great atmosphere, awesome listening to ole school music while your lying there in pain lol. Continue working on neck and shoulders such a blessing afterwards. Trivia game of capital cities absolutely interesting. My glutes, quartz, hamstrings and lower back soooo stiff wanted to cry but I tough it out lol. As always Kevin works his magic by using his elbows, hands and fingers to unblock all your knots. Thank you

As always atmosphere great and music Eagles. Still working on my neck and shoulders, however my quads was a different story. Started really nice and funny thing it was ticklish, started to laugh. Then the thumbs came in and then the pain, omg the tension was great but worth getting your quads done. Gym this morning did off set squats 7 reps each leg and lunges with a twist, yes felt pressure still getting over it. Yes I will do this again despite pain 😞

My experience was great. Working mainly with my neck and shoulders. Not too bad though there were several blockages and yes there was pain, but worth it. Today feeling a lot better went to the gym with no problems, can turn my neck left to right.

OMG had a crisis this morning both calves cramped out, managed to tame the right however the left had to go with the flow. The massage today was very complimentary especially my glutes thank you. Oh and the food discussion spot on.

Kia Toa Wellness is home to me now for all my injury and recovery needs. I had an arm injury since August last year and have been to some other physio and acupuncture specialists yet no relief. One session last week with Kevin relieved me of my pain and the second session yesterday took majority of the pain away. Kevin treated me with kindness and respect along with a good chat about the how Kia Toa came to life. I highly recommend Kia Toa wellness and im sure u won’t be disappointed.
