Nea is a whole experience in herself. From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to understand the issues I’d been having with my hair. She was gentle, attentive, and knowledgeable .sharing helpful tips on how to care for my hair moving forward. I recently visited Payton’s Place of Beauty for a hair botox treatment because my hair was quite damaged, and the experience was wonderful. The salon has a beautiful, relaxing ambiance with flowers and soothing music that made the visit very enjoyable. I had an amazing Swedish massage today. The atmosphere was calming with gorgeous smelling incense & aromatic oils filled the intimate setting.. The serene music added to the great ambience. The masseuse was well trained in the art of massage and made me feel totally relaxed & comfortable. It was definitely one of the best massages I have had for sure. This was my very first massage experience, and I was honestly worried because I had some painful tension in the upper part of my body from sports and work. I explained everything to Miss Arlene, and she did an incredible job—her skill and care truly made a difference. The pain, which was initially a 8-10 before the massage but started to melt away during the session, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend getting a Swedish massage, and I cannot recommend Arlene enough—she’s absolutely fantastic!

I had the most rejuvenating Swedish massage, and I can honestly say it was everything I needed and more. From start to finish, the experience was deeply relaxing. the pressure was just right, the environment was calming, and every knot and bit of tension melted away literally lol thanks to OB. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely at ease. I genuinely enjoyed every moment of the service. Highly recommended for anyone needing a reset!

Went to Open beauty divine spa 6/4/2021 for an ordinary facial, wasn't really expecting anything, however, the esstatician was extremely professional and guided me through the process. He was also kind enough to massage the tension in my lower back that was giving me hell. Overall experience was tremendously statistfactory and I will be setting another appointment for next month.
