It was a first time for my daughter and her aunt doing a spa day overall and they absolutely loved it. The ambiance was relaxing, clean and soothing. The technicians were completely professional, inviting, informing and interactive. For a first time experience they were relaxed and had alot of fun and laughs. I set this appointment for a friend for her birthday and she was delighted. The atmosphere in the Portmore branch was amazing and the aroma was one to remember was how she felt. My massage therapist Brianna did an awesome job paying special attention to my areas of tension. I felt like going to sleep right after the session! I also did my nails, the chair was quite relaxing offeing me a back massage for a few minutes. I did not get the name of my nail tech but the job was also well done.

The music in the background was relaxing. The staff was welcoming and polite. My feet feel good. The girl who did my pedicure took her time and I liked that she massaged my feet. I never had a paraffin pedicure before, the heat effect was good. My sister said her pedicure was wonderful, she loved the jelly stuff in the water. I didn't know that the chair had a massage functionality until the girl asked me how did the massage chair feel but it wasn't on. I told her since it wasn't on in the first place she didn't have to turn it on. I guess that would have further enhanced the experience.
