Sarah is hands down (!) the best massage therapist I have ever had - and I have had a few. She is intuitive and combines this with her knowledge of the human body. I cannot recommend her enough.

Despite my slight lateness for this appointment (erm...whoops! My apologies hun); another relaxing contemplative session, mmm. + a wonderful way to start a chill exploratory couple of days, which may've illuminated a...heavily clouded sense of direction (along with perhaps a little hope. The few days prior to this Naturally Serene visit...hadn't been the best for me. So (in addition to another lush relaxing massage, naturally) a space was needed, where I could (allow myself) to rest/to clear my head/to be heard. This was my first treatment with Sarah, who was warm and welcoming. Sarah set me at ease and asked about my health and any issues before starting my hot stone therapy. It was the most soothing experience, my tight and sore muscles were softened and stretched instead of being pressed and worked in a more typical rather painful massage. I have booked my next session already. I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough.
