Sarah has been great at helping me with a frozen shoulder as well as sciatica. She listens to the customer, takes great care in searching for, and offering solutions, and really spends a lot of time eliminating knots, and pain, and restore movement through massage, stretching, and cupping, if needed. Her treatment has been beneficial to me when physios and chiropractors brought little relief. I highly recommend Sarah as a trusted practitioner to ease pain and restore movement.

My hawaiian massage was easily the best massage I've ever had! I felt so comfortable and warm during the massage and Tiana has such a lovely calming voice. She made me feel so relaxed head to toe. The room looks and smells gorgeous and I loved every second. I do massages alot and my body was so achey all over and now honestly I can say I feel light and like jelly.
