Wow what a fantastic relaxing treatment, on a cold winters day could not have asked for more, very warm and cosy atmosphere and a head spa left me feeling relaxed and ready to face the weekend.

Gemma had our exercise plan arranged and as soon as as we were all present we had our usual warm up exercises and then into our workout. Friendly caring and excellent!

I usually see Gemma for sports massage. This was my first facial. It was heavenly. So relaxing, gentle on my skin - and I have problematic skin! The neck and scalp massage was amazing too. Was a lovely hour to switch off. Well worth it. I recommend to anyone needing some them time!
