I had such a lovely experience with Camille! I went back for a back massage and cupping, and it was exactly what I needed. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived, and her technique was incredible. So relaxing but also really effective at working out tension. I left feeling so much lighter and refreshed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. A wonderful, relaxing facial with Natalie. Natalie took care to make sure I was fully versed in what the treatment entailed and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable prior to the treatment. I suffer from jaw tension and teeth grinding, so was relived to have the inner massage to tackle some of the after affects of this. There was almost an instant difference to my skin and the post glow effect was really noticeable. This morning putting make up on, it sat much easier on my skin. No need for Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter today. Thank you Natalie, would definitely recommend.

I suffer with a lot of issues and I’ve had a lot of massages, physio, chiropractic, and I can honestly say this is the best massage I’ve ever had to date. Don’t be expecting a gentle relaxing massage from the deep tissue, but expect to walk out an inch taller! Jen was amazing and I will now be a regular customer!

Every treatment I have at Enerchi is always a true joy and a real treat. I was running 5 minutes late and flustered but the staff always make you feel so calm and are always kind. Each treatment always feels ‘above and beyond’ and very good value. Similarly they always try and fit me in for an appointment if I call up at short notice too. Final shout out for the stunning window displays all year round! It’s a real precious haven in Penarth.

My post surgery massages with Natalie are really helping my recovery and I can visibly see my results improving. A really friendly, relaxing and professional environment, and Natalie is clearly an expert in her field.

I had a pre-Cardiff half massage followed by a drink and chat. It was so relaxing and refreshing. A great way to start the weekend- thanks Waiyee.

I have been going to Ener-Chi in Penarth for just over a year and every beauty therapist that I have seen has done a great job. Today, Eloise tinted my eyebrows and eyelashes. She always listens to what I want and is gentle with removing the tint so my eyes don’t sting. Great job and I highly recommend the salon.

An incredibly relaxing experience. Went there for a Lomi Island Flow rhythmic massage ritual and Paul was amazing! His hands made my body relax, and got rid of months worth of tension in just 1 hour and 15 mins. The music was lovely, and the oils felt and smelt really good too. It was a fab experience, I will be going again for sure for my body's MOT! 😆🥰
