The staff were really friendly, the atmosphere was calm and I have never had such a good massage in my life. I had the Indian head and deeper than Deep Back massages, which were recommended by Mantra staff via email correspondence based on my needs. The massage therapist was fantastic and made sure everything was lovely and relaxing for me. I left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. I loved it so much I have booked the same treatments for 2 weeks time. I would highly recommend, especially if you're feeling a bit stressed!

As a sceptical man, I went to see if acupuncture could help with my stress levels. Deanna, used some visual technology and targeted the session to give me the best results.
