The staff were really friendly, the atmosphere was calm and I have never had such a good massage in my life. I had the Indian head and deeper than Deep Back massages, which were recommended by Mantra staff via email correspondence based on my needs. The massage therapist was fantastic and made sure everything was lovely and relaxing for me. I left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. I loved it so much I have booked the same treatments for 2 weeks time. I would highly recommend, especially if you're feeling a bit stressed!

Friendly welcome from Anthony who explained the best massage for my symptoms. Felt relaxed and comfortable throughout the massage. Also had acupuncture in both ears, felt relaxed, nearly falling asleep, so chilled out. Once home relaxed feeling continued. One of the best massages I have received. Anthony was so knowledgeable regarding both treatments.

Everyone should experience this! Always feel like a new woman after a relax and reset massage and ear acupuncture. I literally float out of the building. No tension, no pain, no stress, huge smile. Anthony makes me feel at ease and is very good at what he does. I’ll be back again!
