The staff were really friendly, the atmosphere was calm and I have never had such a good massage in my life. I had the Indian head and deeper than Deep Back massages, which were recommended by Mantra staff via email correspondence based on my needs. The massage therapist was fantastic and made sure everything was lovely and relaxing for me. I left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. I loved it so much I have booked the same treatments for 2 weeks time. I would highly recommend, especially if you're feeling a bit stressed!

Lisa is quite simply a miracle worker. I rarely relax during treatments, and going in at 10am today I thought I'd be awake and chat through my appointment, but I've slept through my reflexology and then added on a back massage which has totally zoned me out. Just had a menopausal massage with Sarah. She was so lovely. She explained what she was going to do, answered any questions I had and was thorough in asking me about my symptoms as well. I felt so relaxed and wished I didn't have to leave.
