Liene was a fantastic host. She accommodated our lateness for the treatment initially and her communication was second to none. The treatment itself was dreamlike and very relaxing. So much so that my partner felt like she was in a trance and could have stayed on the treatment table forever. Further to this, because it was her birthday, Liene have her a gift and card. These small touches show that the art of customer satisfaction is not dead. It is alive and well in Cleethorpes. Went to Inner Beauty Scartho for the first time for a full body Swedish massage with Lola. She was really friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. The room was clean, warm and cosy (not too hot or cold), with fresh towels ready. The massage was properly relaxing and professiona, good pressure, unhurried, and I left feeling genuinely calmer and looser. Booking was easy, the reminders were helpful, and paying at the end was quick with no fuss. First visit, but definitely not my last. Highly recommended 🙂👍

I have booked Indian head massage. I have no words to describe how amazing I feel now, after the massage. Probably, due to work I have had really bad ache around my shoulder area, couldn't lay down without feeling the pain. Now after the massage, I feel great, no pain and feeling so relaxed too. I booked a Swedish back, shoulder and neck massage as I had so much tension in my shoulder’s. Liene, worked wonders and since I told her about my tension she focused on my shoulders. The massage was so relaxing and I have come away feeling loads better. I will certainly be booking this treatment regularly.
