My husband booked me in for a pregnancy massage with Tally. I had no idea what to expect but I felt completely at ease from the start. Tally made me so relaxed and comfortable, and the massage itself was incredible. It relieved the tension I was holding, especially in my lower back, feet and hands. My body really needed a deep tissue massage. I have increased my strength and conditioning training over the last few months so this treatment is essential to maintaining mobility as certain muscle groups are challenged Tally listened carefully and applied her magic touch to the areas mentioned. My treatment was really spot on. The room Tally has is relaxing but professional at the same time. Tally is incredibly welcoming and made me feel a valued customer. She listened to all my medical/life history and focused on the parts of my body that I had highlighted. I felt completely comfortable throughout my treatment. I have had a number of deep tissue/remedial massages before so was used to the deep pressure. Tally managed to pinpoint a couple of really tense points - especially in my shoulder. Thank you and I will be back!

So relaxing&rejuvenating, felt wonderful after my massage

Highly recommended! I have been going to Essential Health for massages for many years but most recently I booked in for a "rejuvenating" facial which can be combined with an express massage. The facial was amazing, the products smelled lovely, and my skin felt fantastic afterwards. Will definitely be booking in again!

Really enjoyed the facial, including Claire’s soothing massage skills, and the relaxing environment. Lovely Neal’s Yard products. My skin feels lovely. I plan to do it again!
