My treatment was really spot on. The room Tally has is relaxing but professional at the same time. Tally is incredibly welcoming and made me feel a valued customer. She listened to all my medical/life history and focused on the parts of my body that I had highlighted. I felt completely comfortable throughout my treatment. I have had a number of deep tissue/remedial massages before so was used to the deep pressure. Tally managed to pinpoint a couple of really tense points - especially in my shoulder. Thank you and I will be back!

Didn't know exactly what I was wanting,due to needing both sports massage and something relaxing, when I went for my massage. After a chat with Michal I just let him get on with whatever thought was best for me. Safe to say I'll definitely be back!. This was my first time visiting Christine's new premises, but not my first time getting a massage treatment from her at Enliven and she did not disappoint! Beautiful premises, very calming, clean well organised in a very central location. Every three weeks, I indulge in a massage and facial combination which leaves me completely revitalised and instantly relaxed. The luscious oils, creams and techniques have improved my overall wellbeing significantly. It has especially had an impact on my sleeping routines as well as the quality of my skin.
