Simone was great. He took a few minutes to discuss what I needed and check posture/muscles before starting the session. He explained what he was doing throughout and where he could notice muscles stiffness/tension, making sure that muscles were warmed up properly, so that even knots were (mostly!) pain-free when massaged. I felt so much better afterwards, and would definitely recommend!

Best massage I’ve ever had. I went for the Swedish aromatherapy option but asked for more concentration around my back and skip my feet. I like it firm and the pressure was perfect for me. I won’t go anywhere else now. Very happy customer and such good value for money!

I had a 1 hour 30 minute sports massage to help with muscle tightness, and he went above and beyond by giving me great aftercare advice and practical tips to strengthen my lower back. His friendly and thorough approach made a big difference in my recovery. Amazing service. Thank you, Simone!
