What a beautiful treatment session! I had a couple of hours here today for a back massage, facial and LED light therapy. Wow, what a service! The facial was tailored to my skins needs and was so relaxing I couldn’t help but smile the whole way through. Emma is so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I’ll be back in further for sure! I had my first shockwave treatment and for the first time in the morning I was able to get up with out my back hurting. Having one more treatment but so far I’m impressed. Clare so informative and respectful well recommended this treatment than a sports massage if in discomfort or pain.

I had a post-marathon massage with Lorraine and it helped my aching muscles so much, she has such a skill with being guided by ones needs. I also had Bespoke Healing which I can only describe as a phenomenal experience. I didn’t know how much I needed the healing. I have been crying on and off for several days now since my healing session, and as someone who never cries this has been a huge relief. Lorraine is so gifted and skilled, I have never met anyone like her and can 100% recommend her as a holistic therapist and healer, she really knows her stuff. Namaste
