As always Ellie is very professional and always give great advice on how to look after your nails and keep them looking great, I often get 3/4 weeks of looking fantastic. I have been to Ellie for other treatments such as eyelash lift and eyebrow shape and tint, again aways extremely happy. I have also had facials and massage done by Lisa, very relaxing and come away stress free. I would highly recommend Defined Studio.

From the moment I walked in, Lauren made me feel completely at ease. Her warm, friendly, and welcoming nature instantly puts you in the right headspace for the appointment. She takes the time to thoroughly explain the entire procedure so you know exactly what to expect. What really sets Lauren apart is how she tailors the Botox treatment to each individual’s unique needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. The procedure itself is quick and virtually painless, and she clearly has a skilled, experienced hand. I couldn’t recommend Lauren more highly.

I have been using Aurelia for a few months now for my nails, she’s the best I’ve found in Basildon! Her attention to detail is impeccable and she will not let you leave until she is 100% happy. I’ve not had one bad set of nails and they last so well I can leave it 3/4 weeks for an infill. Her room is clean, spacious and welcoming. I’ve also had the best pedicure I’ve had in a while there too! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now, and have recommended to all my friends. X
