Charlotte was beyond amazing, friendly and knowledgeable, she spoke me through everything and what next steps I should take. First visit to the holistic cabin and what a beautiful place, felt so welcomed and relaxed even before the treatment. I tried the havening technique. Really interesting and so relaxing, defintiely felt lighter afterwards and have already used it ‘saying it’s OK’ 🤣 thanks Lorraine
