I had a wonderful experience at Mea Beauty Lounge Jumeirah Golf Estates. I had a manicure, pedicure, and massage, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff are extremely professional, attentive, and friendly. The salon is clean, relaxing, and very welcoming. I am very happy with the results and will definitely be returning. First time at Contrast and I absolutely loved it. I had a private room with access to the sauna, ice bath, and Netflix. What more could you want?? The staff were so lovely and helpful and the overall vibe was very relaxing. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming for a while now and I love the experience, the reset and relax I get from the hot infrared sauna and the lovely staff. But please fix the seal on the door, as it reduces the heat in the pod and I have to keep pulling it shut tight! Which is a bit frustrating.

My experience with Ayur Sparsha was really good. Dr. Mini was very attentive to my concerns and suggested the suitable therapies for me. The Abyanga massage and Kizhi service provided by Reshmi was excellent. She was patient and knowledgeable. The centre is clean, well maintained and has a peaceful atmosphere.
