I have been a customer for just over a year now. I always recommend them because they care. Prime example: Today was my regular brow shape & tint appt. I inherited dads brows; almost white, coarse as horsehair & hard to dye in one try. I walk in and Charlotte is excited. She has been researching dye products for coarse brows specifically with me in mind and has bought a new dye for us to try. I've been getting my brows done for years and no salon has done this despite my loyal custom. For me it speaks volumes. It also worked great 1st time!! Customer 4 life here. Highly recommend.

Lovely hairdresser, nice family run salon. I went for a honey blonde ish balayage and fringe trim, I wouldn't say the balayage turned out the colour I wanted and it's pretty pink on the ends (apparently this is from the toner), it's more of an ombre as the colour wasn't really taken up to the root either. Regardless, for the price of the salon I'm happy with it, and now rocking my slightly pink hair! Thanks guys, I'll definitely be back.

I had such a lovely experience at the salon with Lucy! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. Lucy is an absolute gem—so friendly, professional, and full of expertise. She explained everything clearly, gave me loads of great ideas and suggestions, and made me feel completely at ease. I left loving my new haircut and feeling really well looked after. It’s my third time visiting Ella at the hair retreat. It’s a beautiful salon with easy parking and the girls are all lovely. Make you feel so welcome. My hair looks beautiful. I’ve booked to go back again. Both my daughters use this salon to.

The best salon! I’ve always been rather anxious about going to different salons and finding the right one for me. But Ella and Millie always make me feel so so comfortable and welcome! I’ve been coming for almost a year now and every time I leave I’m just as happy and amazed with my hair as I was the first time! This is a very professional salon. Their experience shines when discussing options. Very friendly down to earth and immediately makes you feel relaxed. WOW. I haven’t gone to a salon for so long because of how awful the atmosphere is in them but Beauty Bae is incredible. These days I’m riddled with anxiety but I was in so much comfort, cups of tea, lovely bunch of girls & Paige was amazing. I don’t spend much on myself but Paige made me feel absolutely amazing and so comfortable & even pretty - that’s hard for me to say 😅. Such a genuine person & I will 100% be coming back again. Lovely atmosphere. Amazing service and amazing girls 🫶🏻 thank you all I’m so in love with my hair! I haven’t taken picture yet but your ones are so much prettier
