If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Very friendly salon, always offered a drink, and everything from start to finish is done with care. Kate is so talented, I 100% trust her with my hair - I always love how it looks once she's finished with it - The cut and the colour.

Fabulous appointment with Anoushka! She listened to what I wanted and styled my hair just how I wanted it! So happy. Definitely recommend this salon, it is friendly, really welcoming and all of the stylists are brilliant!

I have now been going to Glam Factory for 14 months which is a first as usually change every 6 months or so. Even booked my appointments till 2024. But I love the salon and friendliness of all the staff. Love Kurtis who does my hair as it's always lovely. And Cindy who does my nails. All in all its a great place to go and be pampered and now they are an award winning business and so deserved.

Recently visited the salon for a hair and makeup session. The salon ambience was nice and comfortable. It was an outstanding experience overall.

Absolutely fantastic new hair colur and cut with a blow dry to finish the style off . After 10 years of doing my own hair , I couldn’t of picked a better salon , lovely ladies made you feel very welcome and go through with you stage by stage , Sian who styled my hair absolutely brilliant !! First visit to Jane's hair design had sian restyle my hair I was so pleased with the cut, had a lot of comments on how good my hair looked, a relaxing and very friendly salon a great experience.

I love how sain changed my hair from a box dye wash out to my blonde through it i absolutely love it 😍 And its so nice to come to a hairdressers and feel relaxed , not from just sitting and having your hair done but all you girls made me feel so welcome 🤗 definitely be coming back 😍 clean salon and amazing team ❤️ price was slightly high but dont mind as sian always does my hair really good 😊 see you in few months time xxx
