Went to see about hair treatments/nice place receptionist was lovely so was all the staff and had a good talk with the main man who explained everything for me from start to finish very informative/no big sell or forcing anything (good man) would recommend to anyone who needs/wants more info on hair loss👏🏻👍🏼 5 star

The salon staff are so friendly! Sophie was brilliant with my little girl who came for her hair cutting! We were both desperate for a cut and the time they had available I also had my 18mth old with me too, again staff were so relaxed to have her with us! At a time you'd think I would be stressed it was a really nice friendly environment! Looking forward to our next appointments!

I had an appointment today at 1pm, the staff were nice and friendly. The consultation was really good and it’s free. They examine your hair and tell you exactly what the issue is with your hair and what treatment you need. The Dr knew the reason for my hair loss before even I sat down and it wasn’t due to stress, it was a hormone issue. Overall 5 star Experience defo recommend!

My entire family have our haircut at the Secret House of Halos. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the salon. The owner, Lindsay, is the best stylist we have ever come across and will always do a great job. Lindsay is such a talented stylist, highly experienced and knowledgeable. We have always found that Lindsay has a genuine enthusiasm and passion for making your hair look right and feeling great. She is also very professional, always listens to exactly what you want, welcoming, caring and conscientious. The Ali family.

Caitlin is a fantastic hairdresser. My hair were in a a bit of a state colour and strength wise . Caitlin talked me though my options and very steadily lifted my hair colour from dark brown to blonde over time . My hair were thinning from snapping but it’s in an excellent condition now and through looking after it at home and building my colour slowly “which most salons don’t “ I’m pleased to say I’ll never go anywhere else other than Caitlin I’ve even got my daughter on board having her hair done on a frequent basis . The girls are always lovely and friendly and are the only salon I’ve found to do my hair the way I like it. Always made to feel at home, offered cups of tea and a giggle. My teenage girls also love coming to Luxe for pampering :-)
