She made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step, which really put me at ease. The results are amazing — my brows and lashes have never looked better! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Oh my goodness - seriously can’t say too much of how good Alison is. Har nail art is always incredible & I’ve never had such beautiful hands! She also lifted & tinted my lashes for the first time ever and explained the process each step of the way from start to finish. They look brilliant! Finally, had my toe nails painted and she took great care looking after my feet since I’d had a bad reaction to bites and she worked round them without a quibble. She’s awesome!! Thank you honey xxx

I had the best experience today with Tracey. She is so kind and lovely also so professional. She makes you feel so relaxed and at ease. Tracey is amazing with her hands I had the best massage and facial and still feel relaxed now. I am so happy with eyebrows that I had tinted and waxed and she made sure I liked them at every stage. Today I had my hair done by Dorisa&she nailed the exact toner I wanted. It’s so nice to book Dorisa as she knows what suits my hair best&what colour I should pick. Dorisa’s friendly&bubbly nature makes the booking comfortable. Sundas was also present during my booking, always cheerful, bubbly, friendly&accommodating. Had the most amazing blow dry by Dorisa and a relaxing hair wash/massage by Sundas last week, I’ve been coming to this salon for years, travelling from Birmingham to Nottingham, and I’ve never once left unhappy with any treatment. As always I received a warm welcome and because I have been a few times and have a bad shoulder the chair was already prepped with a cushion to ease my shoulder. I had my normal eyebrow tint and threading and this time opted for lash tint as well, black/blue was recommended by the owner and I absolutely love it! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Very friendly and welcoming
