She made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step, which really put me at ease. Oh my goodness - seriously can’t say too much of how good Alison is. Har nail art is always incredible & I’ve never had such beautiful hands! She also lifted & tinted my lashes for the first time ever and explained the process each step of the way from start to finish. They look brilliant! Finally, had my toe nails painted and she took great care looking after my feet since I’d had a bad reaction to bites and she worked round them without a quibble. She’s awesome!! Thank you honey xxx

Came into malayage today to get a toner refresh&a restyle and can I just say I’ve left so so happy as always! THIS IS THE BEST salon in Nottingham! Today I had my hair done by Dorisa&she nailed the exact toner I wanted. It’s so nice to book Dorisa as she knows what suits my hair best&what colour I should pick. Dorisa’s friendly&bubbly nature makes the booking comfortable. Sundas was also present during my booking, always cheerful, bubbly, friendly&accommodating. Had the most amazing blow dry by Dorisa and a relaxing hair wash/massage by Sundas last week, I’ve been coming to this salon for years, travelling from Birmingham to Nottingham, and I’ve never once left unhappy with any treatment. As always I received a warm welcome and because I have been a few times and have a bad shoulder the chair was already prepped with a cushion to ease my shoulder. I had my normal eyebrow tint and threading and this time opted for lash tint as well, black/blue was recommended by the owner and I absolutely love it! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I have had the most amazing experience at my eye lash appointment with Fay! From the moment I arrived, Fay made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She took the time to discuss exactly what the treatment entailed and it was very clear from the onset that Fay is incredibly knowledgeable and particularly thorough with aftercare. I’ve had my eye lashes lifted and tinted before but was disappointed! Today was my first visit to see Rebecca! What a different experience, so friendly, I felt so comfortable, it was like I known her for ages! Which is great for someone who suffers with anxiety!
